Are there many things that feel better than a long, warm shower on a chilly morning? Answer: Absolutely not. I’m constantly getting new products to try from different companies and through trying so many different brands, I’ve really narrowed down my go-to, always reach for products. So today I wanted to share my favorite products that I always reach for when I’m in the shower.

Shampoo & Conditioner

I’m currently using the Public Good’s Shampoo ($5) and Conditioner ($5). Public Good’s is great because they help to reduce waste by offering refills of your favorite products as well as staying conscious about the ingredients that are put in their products. On top of that, they make products that are designed with the beauty of your home in mind. All of their packaging is clean and crisp, so they’ll look gorgeous sitting in your shower or on your counter, which I love.

Body Wash

Have I mentioned how obsessed I am with my current body wash? Because I totally am. It’s the Glossier Body Hero Daily Oil Wash ($18). It smells incredible and leaves your skin feeling moisturized and soft as heck! I also keep my V Bar by Queen V ($5) because ladies, if you didn’t know, you can’t just use any soap down under! Most soaps will negatively affect the healthy balance of bacteria and pH balance of your vagina. However, this awesome soap bar from Queen V is formulated especially for your vagina to keep it clean and healthy!

Shaving Products

I keep two different kinds of razors in my shower, one for my legs and one for my bikini line. For my legs, pretty much any razor will do and I use 3 blade Venus razors ($15). However, when it comes to my bikini line I have to keep things a lot more sharp, literally. I always opt for a 5 blade men’s razor ($10) for my bikini line. Not only are men’s razors less expensive (dumb pink tax), but they also are made with shaving more coarse hair in mind. You definitely need to make sure to invest in a razor with at least 5 blades to make sure you’ll avoid razor burn. For my actual shaving cream, I use my V Bar for shaving my bikini line and then a Skintimate foam shaving cream ($4) for my legs! Skintimate leaves my legs feeling so soft and moisturized, so it’s been my go-to for years!

Skincare

And lastly, skincare! I don’t keep a lot in my shower since I do most of my skincare routine out of the shower. However, I do keep two products that I use on occasion in there. First up, my Clean & Clear Deep Action 60 Second Shower Mask ($7) that I’ll just throw on before I condition my hair to let sit. I love this because it’s exfoliating, but it’s also safe for daily use, so nothing that’s too harsh. I also keep my Joanna Vargas Exfoliating Mask ($75) in the shower and I’ll put that on while I shave to give it some time to sit. This is a much deeper exfoliation and so I only use this once a week to give my skin a treat.
