What I Wore In Hawaii
/GUYS! I FINALLY MADE IT TO HAWAII!!!! I honestly have no idea how it took me this long since LA is pretty close to Hawaii (especially when you consider I grew up on the east coast). And on top of that, Tara and I have been talking about going to Hawaii for years now, so when we finally had the chance to go, we jumped at it!! I’m going to be doing quite a few blog posts about my trip, but I wanted to kick them off with what I wore. ENJOY!
mornings at the BEACH
I love beach vacations and it was super important to both of us that on top of all of our exploring, we got a lot of beach time in too. We hit the beach every single day while we were there and each was more beautiful than the next!

Our plan was to try to get to the makapu'u tide pools, but after a bit of research, we saw that it was actually a pretty difficult hike to get there and we didn’t feel prepared for that. So instead we randomly came across a beach along our drive and pulled over. Funny enough, we ended up finding tiny tide pools that we still got to enjoy!

small town LIFE
One of my favorite places I visited in Hawaii was Haleiwa. It’s a quaint town on the North Shore and everywhere you look there’s a new instagram photo op. Needless to say, we had a great time exploring and photographing Haleiwa.
There’s a small shopping center in Haleiwa that is full of photos ops and fun, colorful walls. So naturally, I pulled out the most colorful outfit I brought on the trip. This outfit was so fun to photograph in this area. Not to mention, we got the most delicious Shaved Ice I’ve ever had in my whole entire life, which only added to the colorful fun of Haleiwa!

the great OUTDOORS
The scenery in Hawaii is some of the most beautiful that I’ve ever seen. Everything is green and lush… the smell when you breathe in the air… it’s indescribable. I couldn’t even stand to drive in the car without the windows down! It was pure happiness every moment I spent outdoors.
Our very first night in Hawaii we also did a sunset booze cruise catamaran which was too gorgeous! It was the perfect activity for the first night of our trip and way too much fun.

And those are all of my favorite outfits from Hawaii! I’m going to have another blog post where I go over each place that I took instagram photos and my favorite places I ate, so keep an eye out for that next.
